No Returns or Refunds
At Rivonti, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our business and product offerings, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns or refunds, we understand that issues can arise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tomdaniel@rivonti.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or other remedies as required by applicable law.
Exceptions
Please note that even in cases of damage or defects, we reserve the right to refuse any claim if:
- The damage or defect is deemed to be caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- The claim is not reported within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the item.
- The item has been altered or modified in any way.
